Long-time Andigo client Greentech Capital Advisors recently merged with Nomura. Andigo worked with both the Greentech and Nomura teams to make the transition as smooth as possible.
In addition to the expected changes to logos and other branding elements, Andigo worked with Nomura’s team to identify and address regulatory requirements for transactions listed on the site and other information.
All of the work was completed to meet the desired timeline and the updated site was ready the day the merger was finalized and made official.
