Andigo recently created email templates to serve as a supplement to a client’s regular monthly email newsletter.

Because of the breadth of their service offerings and the diversity of their audience segments, the subject-specific email updates are tied in to the resources section of their website. Visitors can select from four subject matter areas. Each Friday, an email is automatically generated for each subject matter area and sent to those prospects interested in that area.

The email contains titles and teasers for each pertinent new piece of content that was published on the site that week. (No email is generated if no additions where made to the website in a particular subject matter area.)

It’s a great way to remain in contact with prospects and help move them through the buying process – without any additional burden on the administrative or marketing teams.
